Rental Fee
- $6,000/event and up
The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive access to all venue areas from 9:30am–10:30pm on the wedding day
- 2-hour access the day prior for setup, drop-off, and rehearsal, and scheduled pickups available the following Monday
- Multiple indoor & outdoor ceremony and reception sites, including the climate-controlled Carriage House
- Two separate dressing areas: a suite with a Beauty Bar in the Main House and a lounge in the Carriage House
- Access to the extensive collection of décor, props, accent pieces, and linens
- Tables, chairs, and linens in various colors and styles
- Caterer's warming kitchen
- Complete event setup and breakdown
- Private parking with attendants
Additional Info
All wedding packages feature Planning & Design services, which include:
- Vendor coordination
- Incorporating your personal style into the event design
- Layout design based upon the guest plan and flow
- Scheduled planning sessions with the designer and venue coordinator
- Day-of coordination for the rehearsal and wedding day
