Please note that weddings of larger than 15 guests must rent part or all of the home as detailed below:
16–25 guests | must rent the four rooms on the first floor; the fee is $840/night with a 2-night minimum.
26–50 guests | must rent the entire home (11 rooms); the fee ranges $3,213–3,672/night depending on if two or three nights are reserved.
A three-course Southern-style breakfast is served each morning for guests staying in the home.
