Food & Beverage Minimum
There is no food & beverage minimum for the majority of the private dining rooms, unless the guaranteed guest count is less than half of the room capacity, or at the discretion of the restaurant.
The Main Dining Room has a $10,000 F&B minimum; the Large Annex has a $30,000 F&B minimum; an entire first floor buyout including the Hermes bar has a $40,000 F&B minimum.
Meals (when priced separately)
- $36/person and up
Lunch menus start at $36/person; brunch menus start at $45/person; dinner & reception menus start at $65/person.
Hosted bar packages range $20/person for a 1-hour beer & wine bar to $65/person for a 3-hour premium open bar. Consumption and cash bars are also available.
Additional Info
A per-person deposit of $35–50/person with a guaranteed guest count is required to secure a room rental.
