Rental Fee

• Rental fees include:

  • 4-hour reception time
  • Venue coordinator
  • Tables, white Chiavari chairs, black or white linens & napkins, dinnerware, glassware, and silverware
  • Room setup & cleanup
  • Access to the grounds for photos

  Add-on a cocktail hour and/or additional reception time for $300/half-hour. Upgrade options include linens, centerpieces, uplighting, arbors, wall décor, cake cutting, sparkler send-off, and in-house DJ/MC services.

  Two complimentary get-ready rooms are available for free starting at 10am; inquire for day-of brunch and beverage packages (additional get-ready time before 10am is $100/hour).
  

Ceremony Fee

• Outdoor ceremony chair rental is $3/chair; rehearsal and day-of coordination is $295.

Package Prices

• The All-Inclusive Reception Package is an add-on to the Rental Fee to make planning easy. Pricing starts at $13,695 for 150 guests and includes:

  • Appetizer station and buffet dinner
  • Gold bar package (beer, wine, and liquor)
  • Cake cutting service
  • Bottle of champagne
  • Servers and bartenders
  • Gold, silver, or black chargers, centerpieces, silk florals, and room uplighting
  • DJ and light show

  Additional guests are $80/person over 21 and $60/person under 21. Pricing does not include the ceremony fee or the rental fee.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $28/person and up

• Buffet-style entrées start at $28/person, and are served with salad, two sides, and fresh rolls. Passed hors d'oeuvres start at $11/person; open bar packages range $18–25/person for 4-hour service. Bartender and server fees are additional.
