Weekday Elopement Collection
Choose to rent the venue only for $1,000, or select up to six additional decorated areas (arch, welcome/entry + sign in/gift, memorial, cake/drink, swing, and/or sweetheart table) for an additional $200 each.
- Up to 50 guests
- Available 4pm Sunday–9pm Tuesday
- 4-hour use of the property
- Barn with fabric ceiling, chandeliers, dance floor, and lighting (main house not included)
- Ceremony seating is $5/person, and reception seating is $200/10 guests

Emerald Package | $3,500
- Access to the property for 48 hours (e.g. noon Friday–noon Sunday)
- Use of the main house for the wedding parties
- Choice of 4-post or 2-post arches
- Barn with fabric ceiling, chandeliers, dance floor, and lighting
- Tables, bench seating, and assorted lawn games
- Primitive camping for family & friends during rental period
Diamond Package | $6,000
Includes everything in the Emerald Package PLUS:- Wedding planner
- Full decorating service provided by The Perfect Place staff, and access to all in-house décor items
- Golf cart shuttle and attendant
- Fire pit for cooler evenings
- Most florals are included, but oversized arrangements are an additional charge
- Additional seating/tables
