  The Carrick Mansion | $850/hour for a 2-hour minimum
  Includes first floor rental of the Mansion, tables & chairs, access to the event space 2 hours prior and 1 hour following your rental time, and on-site parking.

  The Grand Ballroom & Atrium | $4,800

  • Exclusive use for a 4-hour event, plus 3 hours prior and 1 hour following
  • Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, dance floor, and stage
  • Elegant china, silver, and crystal service, plus cake cutting
  • Roof Top Terrace with tables, chairs, and permanent furniture
  • Courtyard Patio with heaters, wood burning fireplace, and all necessary serviceware and furnishings

  The Roof Top Terrace, Courtyard Patio, and Wine Room may be rented separately for $550/hour each with a 2-hour minimum.

Ceremony Fee

• $3,200/event

• Ceremony fees include access to the changing room 2 hours prior, an infused beverage station, white padded chairs, a 1-hour rehearsal, and complimentary parking.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $112–189/person

• Meal pricing includes passed hors d'oeuvres, 4-hour bar service, buffet, stations-style, or plated menu, freshly baked rolls and butter, cake cutting, and coffee, tea, and water station.

  Minimums are required for plated menus during peak season on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, ranging $10,000–25,000.
