Rental Fee

• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Guest count

• The room rental includes:

  • 5-hour use of the space
  • Tables and folding chairs
  • Two security guards
  • Use any caterer from the approved list
  • Option to add-on dressing room for $500

  Up to 100 guests | $1,500
  100–200 guests | $2,500
  Over 200 guests | $3,500

  The outdoor wedding setup is additional, and ranges $500–1,000 depending on guest count.

Additional Info

• Bar packages start at $25/person per hour for a hosted bar. 

  There is also a bartender fee of $25/bartender per hour and a 20% service fee + tax.
