Rental Fee

Property rentals at EarthJOY start at $3,000 and include:
- Exclusive access to the treehouses, pavilions, and trails from Friday 4pm to Sunday 11am
- Overnight lodging for 20 in three treehouses and the "Love Bus"
- Pavilion with some seating and tables
- Bathhouse and composting toilets
- Beautiful natural backdrop for photos, vows, and celebrations
There is a maximum guest count of 20–30 guests. This is not a traditional wedding venue, so details like coordination, catering, rentals, and setup & teardown are the responsibility of the renter. Feel free to DIY to your heart's desire!
