Rental Fee

• The rental fee includes:

  • 4-hour event, plus 2 hours of setup time
  • Use of the Parkway Room, Plaza Room, or both rooms
  • Dressing suite
  • Professional sound system, wireless mic, projector, and screen
  • Tables, walnut Chiavari chairs, and linens
  • On-site venue liaison and security guard
  • Ample parking with allowed overnight parking

  Weekday pricing for the Parkway Room is $500, for the Plaza Room is $700, and for both rooms is $1,200. There is a holiday surcharge of $1,500.

• Menu pricing includes chef's choice passed hors d'oeuvres, plated salad, and entrées & sides.

  Bar packages are additional, and range $18–29/person, and all options include a choice of signature cocktail. Consumption and cash options are also available.
