The rental fee includes:
- Use of the entire property and house starting at 9am
- Two private dressing suites
- Climate-controlled indoor space, bar & social area, and outdoor patio
- Stage area, speakers, and microphone
- Catering prep kitchen
- Tables, hammered bronze padded chairs, white folding chairs, and bar tables & stools
- Access to the property for engagement or family photos
- Outdoor or indoor room flips are an additional $500, if you'd like a ceremony & reception in the same space
- Rentals available through in-house vendor Flourish Design & Décor

Two-Day Rental | $6,000
Full Weekend | $7,000
Includes access to the venue & house Friday noon–midnight, Saturday 9am–midnight, and Sunday 9am–3pm.Two-day and weekend rentals include overnight accommodations. Additional nights can be added for $250/night.
