  • Access to the Stone Lodge's Hearth Room starting noon the day before your event–noon the day after
  • Two nights in Stone Lodge Suite 2 & Room 1
  • Tables & wooden chairs with setup & takedown
  • White or black tablecloths
  • Catering kitchen
  • Zoned lighting
  • Engagement shoot access

  The Grand Gala is $2,600–5,550 for up to 385 guests and includes:

  • Access to the Cedar Pavilion's Grand Hall, Balcony, Patio and, Mazzanine levels, and the Rose Quarry starting 10am the day of your event–10am the next day
  • One night in the Cedar Pavilion Suite & Room
  • Tables & wooden chairs
  • White or black tablecloths
  • Catering kitchen with ice machine and a built-in bar
  • Engagement shoot access

  The Ultimate Bash is $4,700–7,700 for up to 385 guests and includes everything in the Grand Gala PLUS:

  • Access to the Cedar Pavilion's Grand Hall, Balcony, Patio, and Mazzanine levels, and the Rose Quarry starting 10am the day before your event–3pm the next day
  • Two nights in the Cedar Pavilion Suite & Room
  • White tablecloths
  • Setup & breakdown by Blue Vista staff

  The Vista is $6,000–10,000 for up to 385 guests and includes everything in the Ultimate Bash PLUS:

  • Access to the full venue starting 3pm two days before your event–3pm the day after your event
  • Three nights of lodging for 20 guests
