• The rental fee includes:

  • Tables, chairs, and linens with setup & breakdown
  • Post-event cleaning services

  May–November (rentals run 8am–11 or 11:30pm)
  $5,000–6,500 for one day; $8,500–9,000 for two or three days

  December–April (rentals run 9am–11pm)
  $4,000–5,500 for one day; $7,000–7,500 for two or three days

  Events that fall on holiday weekends are an additional $1,000, while those booked July 4th weekend are an additional $2,000.
