• The rental fee includes:

  • Exclusive venue use from 9am–midnight on the event day
  • Two getting ready rooms
  • Pond or Greenhouse ceremony site, with bench seating and arbor
  • Covered stone patio and outdoor area with bistro lighting, fire pit, and three-tiered waterfall
  • Climate-controlled reception barn
  • Tables, chairs, and linens
  • Caterer's prep kitchen
  • Customizable bar options and two bartenders
  • Venue meeting one month prior to the event date

  Friday | $6,000
  Also includes access Thursday noon–6pm for rehearsal and setup. 

  Saturday | $7,000
  Also access during the week (Monday–Wednesday) for a 1-hour rehearsal, and 9–11am Sunday for cleanup.

  Weekend | $9,000–10,000
  Includes access Friday noon–6pm, Saturday 9am–midnight, and Sunday 9–11am.

  Sunday–Wednesday rentals are $300/hour, with a 4-hour minimum.
