Package prices vary depending on the time of year, guest count, and package chosen.
The Basic Package is $4/guest and includes:- Tables & chairs with setup & breakdown
- Black, white, or ivory linen tablecloths
- Prairie Winds Event Center Manager on-site throughout your event
- Setting of tables with Prairie Winds Event Center's glassware
- Access to Prairie Winds Event Center's Spotify Premium account
- Lighting of candles/lighting décor prior to guest arrival
The Premium Package is $6/guest and includes everything in the Basic Package PLUS:
- Folding & placing of linen napkins on tables
- Setting of tables with Prairie Winds Event Center's chinaware & silverware
- Lemonade, water, and coffee service
- Complimentary bottle of champagne
- Event staff refilling snacks, nonalcoholic beverages, and dessert tables
