Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive access to the venue for three days (Friday–Sunday)
- Tables & chairs for up to 300 guests
- White or black floor length linens
- Catering prep area
- PA system with wireless microphone
- On-site staff and parking lot attendant with golf cart shuttle
- Overnight accommodations in the the Lodge (sleeps 16) with Reception + Lodging Packages

Reception + Lodging (1 night) | $5,400
Reception + Lodging (2 nights) | $6,400Holiday weekends are available for an additional $1,500 added to any package.
Ceremony Fee
- $450/event and up
- Ceremony fee varies depending on:
- Guest count
On-site Ceremony (two location options) | $450 + $2/chair
Deer Ridge Pond or Lake of Three Fires | $1,250 + $2/chair
