- Overflowing with historic charm and pastoral beauty, this 156-acre family-run spot is part historic landmark, part pretty farm, and part curated event venue, located just six miles from Bloomington. The owners, Jeff & Anne, are a core part of the magic of this place: their dedication to the property and the love stories that unfold here are evident from the moment you step on site through the final moments of your best day ever.
- The 1892 timber-framed wedding barn has been beautifully refreshed for contemporary gatherings, with a spacious second story, covered patios on each side, and 15-foot barn doors that invite a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. You're welcome to exchange vows at your choice of several pretty outdoor spots (there's always indoor back up in case of rain), just steps from the barn.
- Seven overnight guests can be accommodated at the 1913 Sanders Store, an iconic shop along Fairfax Road just adjacent to Whipporwill Hill, and the 1822 Tate-Tatum House, which accommodates two. Both historic structures have been lovingly renovated to highlight their original charm, and provide a perfect "home base" for wedding weekend activities.
