  • Rental fee varies depending on:

  • The rental fee includes:

    • Climate-controlled formal event space
    • Ceremony rehearsal
    • Two dressing suites
    • Patio with bistro lights, seating, and tables with linens
    • Charming horse trailer bar
    • Free access to all décor, including candles, votives, greenery, chalkboards, decorative platters, flatware, glassware, etc.
    • Tables, white resin and gold Chiavari chairs, and a custom wood table for the wedding party
    • Catering staging facilities

    Saturday | $4,600
    Includes all-day access to the venue on Saturday, with a rehearsal Friday (if there is no wedding that day). Friday weddings are available with the same amenities with a 10% discount!

    Rent the Weekend | $5,600
    Includes access to the venue from Thursday evening to Sunday, with a Friday rehearsal.

    Short & Sweet Micro-Wedding | $1,500
    Includes 3 hours of access for up to 30 guests.

  • Add-on DJ services for $900 (reception only) – $1,200 (ceremony & reception).
