Rental Fee

• Rental fees include:
  

  • All-day access to the venue from 10am–midnight
  • Two on-site suites, available for the entirety of the rental
  • 1-hour access for ceremony rehearsal, and 1-hour access for engagement photos
  • Complimentary tasting for four
  • Bar setup for reception and Lounge Bar (bartender is $150 additional)
  • Tables, brown resin & gold Chiavari chairs, linens, and napkins in your choice of color
  • Staffing, plus setup & teardown
  • Pet-friendly!

  Full venue rentals include exclusive use of the entire venue, and range $4,950–7,000. Holidays are an additional fee.

  Partial venue rentals include the first floor only, for fewer than 100 guests, and range $3,750–4,750.
