PRICES: What's this going to cost?
Rental Fee
- $3,750–7,000/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
- Time of year
- Space reserved
Rental fees include:
- All-day access to the venue from 10am–midnight
- Two on-site suites, available for the entirety of the rental
- 1-hour access for ceremony rehearsal, and 1-hour access for engagement photos
- Complimentary tasting for four
- Bar setup for reception and Lounge Bar (bartender is $150 additional)
- Tables, brown resin & gold Chiavari chairs, linens, and napkins in your choice of color
- Staffing, plus setup & teardown
- Pet-friendly!
Full venue rentals include exclusive use of the entire venue, and range $4,950–7,000. Holidays are an additional fee.
Partial venue rentals include the first floor only, for fewer than 100 guests, and range $3,750–4,750.
