  • 9-hour rental time

  • Gold Chiavari chairs and round tables

  • Parking and security
  • Option to rent Lower Ballroom at discounted rate

  The Lower Ballroom rental ranges $500–5,000 for 5 hours, and includes farm tables, chairs, soft seating, and AV system.

  The Outdoor Stage Area rental ranges $1,000–5,000 and includes use of the Vineyard Terrace, covered pergola, metal tables & chairs, electrical hookups, and string lighting.

Ceremony Fee

• $1,000/event

• Rental of the Ceremony Pad includes 200 white resin garden chairs, a wooden ceremony arch, electrical hookup for sound, and a weather backup.
