The rental fee for a reception-only is $5,495 and includes:
- 12-hour rental (noon–midnight)
- Two venue meetings
- Black garden chairs
- Tables with black linen & two patio tables with four chairs at each table
- Garbage removal
- On-site venue staff
- Round guest tables with white linen, head tables, and cocktail tables
- Bar/deep freezer
The fee for a ceremony & reception is $5,995 and includes everything in the reception-only rental package PLUS:
- Guest chairs & an additional table with black linen
- Day-of ceremony coordination
