- Patio area with furniture, cocktail tables, bar, and fire pit
- Wood winery chairs, wood farmhouse tables, and round banquet tables, plus setup & teardown
- Catering prep kitchen, bartender and all bar glassware, and bussing staff
- End-of-event cleaning services
- Concrete parking lot

Saturday | $8,000–10,000 (includes access Friday 2–8pm, December–March only)
