Rental Fee
- $4–17/person
Rental of the Pavilion is $4/person Monday–Thursday with a 70-guest minimum, and $11/person Sunday, $16/person Friday, and $17/person Saturday with a 100-guest minimum. There is no additional rental fee for the Mansion.
The rental fee includes tables & chairs, a dance floor, a private powder room, and a makeup & hair bridal suite with access 9am–7pm.
Ceremony Fee
- $200/event
The ceremony fee is the greater of $200 or $3/person, and includes use of the selected area, setup of chairs, a unity table, and water station. White garden chairs may be rented for $2/chair.
