PRICES: What's this going to cost?
Rental Fee
- $12,000/event and up
The rental fee includes:
- Private use of the property on the day of the wedding
- Ceremony rehearsal Friday night
- Friday & Saturday nights' stay at the cottage (sleeps 10)
- Tables, linens, and white chairs for the ceremony and reception
- Use of their antique tables
- Day-of-coordinator to help with the rehearsal & wedding day
- Itinerary and floor plan building, plus access to planning software
- Parking lot attendant & golf cart driver
- Cleanup and packaging of wedding decorations and facility following the event
Winter weddings start at $7,500; prime wedding dates start at $12,000.
Additional Info
In-house bar packages are required; packages range $24–31/person for 4-hour service (shorter durations available).
Additional offerings include:
- On-site sleeping accommodations for up to 46 guests in four guest houses
- Chef-curated catering options to the guest houses
- Rehearsal dinner venue, catering, and live music on Friday night
- Exclusive catering options for the reception starting at $34/person
