Rental Fee

• $1,500/event and up

• The Classic Wedding with Tent Package is $6,000 and includes:

  • Access to the venue for 18 hours
  • Hosting a wedding shower
  • Rehearsing the day before with a dinner in the dining room
  • Preparations for the ceremony on the ground floor of Butterworth Center
  • Ceremony held either on the estate grounds or in the library
  • Cocktail tables as a reception component
  • Tent reception permit (tent not included) on the Butterworth or Deere-Wiman Grounds

  The Classic Wedding Package is $4,500 and includes:

  • Hosting a wedding shower
  • Rehearsing the day before with a dinner in the dining room
  • Preparations for the ceremony on the ground floor of Butterworth Center
  • Ceremony held either on the estate grounds or in the library

  The Classic packages include a wedding ceremony for up to 120 people, a rehearsal dinner for up to 60 people, a bridal shower for up to 60 people, a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ceremony, and a rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding ceremony.

  The Cocktail Wedding Package is $3,500 and includes:

  • Access to the venue for 12 hours
  • Rehearsal the day of the wedding
  • Preparations for the ceremony on the ground floor
  • Ceremony held either on the grounds or in the library
  • Cocktail reception held in/or outside
     

  ---

  Optional Add-ons (not available as stand-alone):

  $1,800 Cocktail Reception | A cocktail reception may be added to the wedding package for up to
  120 people, after the wedding ceremony. The cocktail reception will be held in the
  Butterworth Center Dining Room, Living Room, and Entry Room. Receptions may be expanded to the Butterworth Center terrace & gardens.
  
  $3,000 Outdoor Dinner Reception Tent Permit | A permit for an outdoor dinner reception may be added to the wedding package for up to 120 people, after the wedding ceremony. The outdoor dinner reception can be held on the west lawn of Butterworth Center or the south lawn of the
  Deere-Wiman House. Please note: the tent is not included in this fee.

Ceremony Fee

• Ceremony fee varies depending on:
  • Package chosen
  • Type of event

• The Ceremony-Only Package is $3,000 and includes:

  • Access to the venue for six hours
  • Rehearsal prior to the ceremony
  • Preparations for the ceremony on the ground floor
  • Ceremony held either on the grounds or in the library
