The rental fee includes:
- Usage of property 8am–midnight
- Wood winery chairs, wood farmhouse tables, and round banquet tables
- Patio with outdoor furniture, cocktail tables, outdoor umbrellas, bar, and fire pit
- Two preparation suites with en-suite bathroom
- One bartender per event & all bar glassware
