  Partial buyouts (North OR South Building) are available, and range $3,000–10,000.

• Bar packages range $16–60/person, ranging from a 2- to 6-hour bar. Bar minimums apply on Fridays & Saturdays, and range $6,000 (partial rentals) to $10,000 (full buyout).
