Rental fees include:
- 14 hours of access on the wedding day, plus 2 hours for rehearsal and decorating
- Two climate-controlled dressing suites
- Timber-framed Barn with mezzanine, finished floor, and dance floor
- Bistro lighting inside the Barn and outside
- Use of barn décor, including arbors
- Refrigerator/freezer and standing bar with fridge
- Farm tables, round tables, resin folding chairs, and white linens
- Ample on-site parking
- Venue manager on-site throughout the wedding day, plus unlimited visits during planning
