Rental Fee

All day-only rentals include:
- Two dressing quarters
- Covered tent for banquet area and food prep
- Ample power for DJ or live band
- Dance floor with twinkle lights
- Bar with misters, commercial fridge, and chest freezer
- Large parking area (up to 75 vehicles)
- Horseshoe pits, cornhole boards, and large outdoor play structure for kids
- Tables & chairs, plus setup & teardown
Sunday–Thursday | 9am–10pm | $3,800
Friday & Saturday | 9am–10pm | $4,500
All-Inclusive weekend rentals include everything listed above, PLUS:
- 2 nights' stay for the couple in the cabin
- RV and tent spots for the event, with early arrival on Friday
- Setup all day Friday, with venue for rehearsal dinner
