- Seating for up to 250 guests
- Access to the pool and waterfall, plus use of the reception barn with bulb string lights, pool lights, and lit pathways
- 1-hour rehearsal
- Two suites for wedding party prep, including restrooms, showers, full-length mirrors, and seating
- Ivory umbrellas, a fire pit with seating, and a food prep area
- Round & banquet tables and folding white chairs, plus setup & teardown
