Elopement Special | $800–1,500
3- to 8-hour rental for up to 40 guests, plus a ceremony arch, benches, and tables. Additional guests up to 50 can attend for $10/guest. Day use of the house can be added for $500.
Pine | $2,500
8-hour rental of the barn and land for 50–60 guests, plus three hours for setup, day use of the house, ceremony arch, benches, and tables. An overnight stay can be added for $200.

The Spruce is $3,500 for 60–80 guests and includes:
- 12-hour use of the barn and house
- Three hours for setup and/or rehearsal
- Choice of ceremony arch
- Tables, chairs, and benches
- White party tent
An overnight stay can be added for $200.
The Birch is $4,500 for 80–100 guests and includes everything in the Spruce PLUS:
- 24-hour use of the barn and house
- One overnight stay
The Tamarack is $5,500 for 100–120 guests and includes everything in the Birch PLUS:
- Access to the venue Friday noon–Sunday noon
- Wine barrels
- Camping available at no extra charge!
