- The weather here is nearly perfect, kissed by light trade winds off the ocean that keep the temperature between 70 and 80 degrees year-round. Summer months tend to lean more dry and sunny, while winter months bring a chance of rain—though the Pavilion makes for an easy Plan B should a storm pass through!

- Ceremony lawn & benches for up to 50 guests
- Wooden lounge furniture
- String lighting around the pavilion
- Bar station with shelving
- Two spacious bathrooms and ample on-site parking
- Access time to setup on the day prior to your event and the day after for breakdown
For over 50 guests, the couple must outsource the tent, tables, chairs, and bathrooms to accommodate. Additional lawn rental is available to extend capacity.
