For couples who want the romance of the Ranch without the stress of a full wedding, the elopement package is a perfect fit! This includes the ceremony site of your choice with up to four guests & the use of the property for your photos!

The Party Barn Event | $1,500–2,000, up to 20 guests
2-night rental of James Cottage and Cowboy House is required, plus a $2,000 event fee for evening events or $1,500 fee for day events, and a $200 trash and recycle service. Yoshi’s House and Miles Away can also be added to this package.The Estate Event | $3,250, 16–125 guests
Includes full ranch buyout and access to the Party Barn and all grounds. 3-night rental of all cottages is required.For events with over 125 guests, please contact the venue for custom package options.
