Petite Retreats range $2,750–3,750 for up to 35 guests and include:
- 10 hours on the property (11am–9pm or 1pm–11pm), plus a 1-hour rehearsal the week before (based on availability)
- Use of the house welcome suites for up to 15 people, with two clothes steamers and a garment rack
- Loulu Palm tree dedication
- Landscape lighting, tiki-torch-lit paths, and electrical hookups
- Parking for up to 50 vehicles
- On-site staff member, 20 loaner rain umbrellas, and four exterior restrooms
- Covered catering prep area with a sink and prep tables

The rental fee ranges $3,950–7,350 for a weekday retreat (Monday–Thursday); the fee ranges $4,950–8,750 for a weekend retreat (Friday–Sunday).
Rental fees include:
- 12 hours on the property 11am–11pm, plus a 1-hour rehearsal the week before (based on availability)
- Use of the house welcome suites for up to 15 people, with two clothes steamers and a garment rack
- Choice of altar or ceremony arch, Loulu Palm tree dedication, and a rustic lawn bar front
- Landscape lighting, tiki-torch-lit paths, and electrical hookups
- Parking for up to 50 vehicles
- On-site staff member, 20 loaner rain umbrellas, and four exterior restrooms
- Covered catering prep area with a sink and prep tables

Tables, chairs, and other event equipment are rented separately through the venue's in-house rental company. Holiday dates are an additional $600.
Ceremony Fee
Ceremony-only events are priced at half the regular retreat rate, depending on the day of week and guest count. A 3.5-hour Mini Retreat ceremony for up to 20 guests starts at $1,757 Monday–Thursday.
