• There are two wedding offerings: Intimate Weddings with a maximum of 10 guests, and Destination Weddings, which require a 3-night minimum stay and can accommodate 40 guests staying overnight.

  Intimate Weddings
  This offering allows for small ceremonies on the property for up to 10 guests. The rental fee starts at $750 + $50/guest. The per-guest fee is waived for all guests staying on the property.

  Catering is not included in these packages. Guests staying on property may book the private chef on weeknights for $99/guest (plus tax & gratuity), with an optional wine pairing for an additional $50/guest (plus tax & gratuity). A maximum of 12 guests may be accommodated; the meal can be private if you pay for 12 guests.

  Destination Weddings
  Destination Wedding pricing is comprised of a property charge and a package charge, which includes catering (without alcohol) and an activity for each guest.

  Minimum Property Charge: starts at $14,700
  

  Minimum Package Charge:
  10 guests / 3 nights, the package fee starts at about $10,900.
  20 guests / 3 nights, the package fee starts at about $15,300.
  30 guests / 3 nights, the package fee starts at about $19,700.
  

  Pricing can change at any time and does not include tax or the service charge. If guests want the property to be fully exclusive, the minimum property charge will be higher and there is a minimum spend on activities which may apply to smaller groups but is generally met by default for larger groups.
