Package Prices
- $1,950/event and up
Ceremony-only packages start at $1,950 + tax for a 2-hour rental, and include:
- 2-hour venue rental
- Licensed wedding officiant, wedding certificate, and wood wedding arbor
- On-site ceremony attendant
- Dressing suite with 2 bathrooms, pool & ocean lanais, kitchen, living, garden, and dining areas
- Water & lemonade station and 24 white folding chairs
- Roundtrip shuttle from Wakiki and town area for 18 guests
- Setup & breakdown, plus trash cans and removal
- House sound system with microphone and iPhone hookup
Ceremony + reception packages for up to 50 guests start at $8,950 + tax, and include:
- Everything in the Ceremony Only package, PLUS:
- Kaimea Estates concierge
- Round trip shuttle from Wakiki, Kahala, and the town area for 42 guests
- Self-service coffee station
- Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and basic china, flatware, water goblets, and flutes for toasting
- Additional guests up to 70 for additional cost
Additional Info
House bartending service is provided by EMPOURIUM Hawaii, and includes a custom wood bar, market umbrella, bartender, ice, coolers, basic mixers, lime & lemon wedges, and disposable service items.
Use of approved catering, rentals, bar services, and entertainment services, plus confirmed and approved shuttle service, is required for all events.
