Rental Fee

• $2,600–4,800/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Day of week
  • Space reserved

• There are two venue options available, the Courtyard Only rental and the Full Venue rental. Both include:

  • Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception from 4–10pm (or starting at 5pm if ceremony is off-site)
  • Access two hours prior for vendor setup, plus 1 hour after for breakdown
  • Banquet captain, waitstaff, and bartenders
  • Tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, napkins, and all tableware
  • Over 50 uplights included and customized to each event
  • Choice of two custom-designed namesake projections

  Includes exclusive use of the Courtyard, with Café Julia as the weather backup.

  $2,600–4,200 venue fee | $3,000–8,000 F&B minimum

  Full Venue (75–200 guests)
  Includes exclusive use of the Courtyard, Elizabeth Fuller Hall, and Café Julia.

  $3,200–4,800 venue fee | $5,000–8,000 F&B minimum

Meals (when priced separately)

• Menu pricing includes appetizers, salad, fresh bread & butter, plated, live action, or buffet entrées, sides, dessert, and iced tea & water. Inquire about add-ons like passed hors d'oeuvres, late night snacks, and even a whole roasted pig!

  Bar packages are additional, and vary depending on the hosting preference: hosted, corkage, cash, tally bar, and drink ticket options are all available.
