• Single-day rentals range $2,350–4,550 and include:

  • 10- to 14-hour rental time, plus a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
  • Two dressing suites and a Bridal Loft for hair & makeup
  • White garden chairs and full table inventory
  • Professional prep kitchen
  • On-site venue manager and housekeeping
  • Ample on-site parking

  Tent rental is required for single-day rentals; pricing ranges $2,500–6,000 and will be arranged by the staff at SGM.

  Weekend rentals are $14,250 and include everything in the single-day rental, PLUS:

  • Private use of the manor from 4pm Friday–11am Sunday
  • Overnight lodging and breakfast for 14 people
  • Reception tent with pole draping and lighting
  • Rehearsal dinner location
  • Professional wedding design, planning, and coordination
