Rental Fee
- $9,000/event and up
Rental fees include:
- 10-hour venue rental, plus a 1.5-hour rehearsal
- Elegant bridal suite
- Groom's dressing area (or optional tunnel tavern/game room for additional fee)
- Treehouse with seating and optional cigar bar area
- Three unique bars (tree bar, double-sided bear bar, veranda bar)
- Various additional conversational seating areas in the barn
- Farm tables for caterer use and wooden workshop tables
Add-ons include bonfires, draped trellis, getaway options, fireworks over Ruxtix Lake, and much more.
Most weddings range $20,000-40,000.
