Dockside rental ranges $1,800–2,000 for a 3- or 6-hour reservation.
Magnolia Hall rental ranges $1,600–4,000 for an 8-hour reservation.
Greystone rental ranges $2,000–5,400 for an 8-hour reservation.Ceremony chairs for Magnolia Hall or Dockside must be provided by an approved rental company.
Food & Beverage Minimum
A beverage minimum of $2,000 (Friday) – $3,000 (Saturday) is required for rentals at Magnolia Hall or Greystone. Beer & wine bar packages range $16–38/person and full bar packages range $23–46/person.
