Intimate Experience Package
Intimate celebrations for up to 25 guests include:
- 3-hour venue access
- Use of bridal suite (to change only)
- Preset ceremony site and floral setup
- Cocktail table reception with basic décor
- Champagne toast bar, 9″ cake, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Day-of coordinator and event timeline
Available Tuesday–Thursday and select weekends. There is a $25 fee per additional guest. Contact the venue for more details.

PRICES: What's this going to cost?
Rental Fee
- $2,900–8,500/event
The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the property on the event day
- Free guided tour of the property and weekday photo session
- Two dressing suites
- Indoor and outdoor ceremony & reception options (choose two of the four distinct settings, or add-on more)
- Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests
- Staffing, on-site parking, and WiFi
- Option to add-on overnight accommodations ($400 for 1 night, $700 for 2 nights)
A day-of coordinator is required.
The Celebration is an 8-hour rental (Tuesday–Saturday) for up to 150 guests, with a 1-hour rehearsal.
The Signature Experience is a 10-hour rental (Tuesday–Saturday) for up to 150 guests, adding linens, basic décor, a 3-hour rehearsal dinner setup, a day-of coordinator, and an event timeline.
Additional Info
Overnight accommodations at the on-site farmhouse (sleeps up to 10) can be added for $400/1 night or $700/2 nights.
