- This re-purposed, historic building retains the charm and character of downtown LaGrange. Originally the home of the Kress and McLellan Five & Dime stores, Del’avant Event Center took a great old site and created a unique new venue.
- You’ll literally be seeing stars from Del’avant Event Center’s rooftop garden. Enjoy cocktails, dinner or dancing from this 3,000-square-foot outdoor area, which is accented by tall trees, city views and a soothing water feature.
- Incorporating the original brick walls and tin ceiling, the sophisticated Grand Kress Ballroom also features custom-made chandeliers and a balcony that runs the width of the building.
