Intimate Celebrations at Atlanta History Center
These smaller celebrations are based on availability; typically Monday–Thursday with some Friday & Sunday availability. Rental times include setup & teardown.
Elopements | $2,000–3,000
Available for up to 20 people, including the couple, officiant, and photographer. The rental runs up to 4 hours with use of Olguita’s Garden or the Boxwood or Courtyard sides of the Swan House Gardens.
Ceremony Only | $4,000–5,000
Available on limited dates, within 6 months of the event taking place. The rental runs up to 4 hours in your location of choice, for up to 400 guests.
Smaller Wedding | $7,000
Available for up to 60 guests, with a ceremony in the Swan House Garden or Olguita’s Garden and a reception in the Draper Room.

Rental fees for individual venues range $5,500–6,500; combinations of two or more venues range $8,000–13,500.
From mid-March through June and September–November, the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, & Grand Overlook must be rented together for $13,500.

There is a $2,500 beverage service minimum for rentals on Fridays and Sundays; and a $5,500 beverage service minimum on Saturdays, Sundays before holidays, and Fridays in December.
