Rental Fee

  • Dressing cottage with kitchenette + dressing lounge with coffee bar
  • Rolls Royce golf cart transport to the ceremony site
  • Ceremony gazebo with shepherd's hooks and custom barn doors
  • Rehearsal
  • Tables, chairs, and couch lounge areas
  • Venue manager, parking attendant, and bathroom attendant

  Saturday | $6,000 + tax and service fee
  5-hour event, with access starting 6 hours prior.

  Friday + Sunday | $5,000 + tax and service fee
  4-hour event, with access starting 4 hours prior.

  Inquire for weekday or micro-wedding options.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $30/person and up

• Menu pricing includes salad, rolls & butter, buffet or plated entrées, sides, a tasting, cake cutting & service, and a tea & lemonade station, along with staffing and standard rentals.

  Hors d'oeuvres are priced separately. A standard cash bar is included; open bar packages range $15–28/person.
