All wedding packages include:
- Exclusive access to the 1-acre property for the full rental time
- Ceremony under the oak trees, set with folding chairs
- Use of the Main Villa and Carriage House, including bedrooms, salons, kitchens, and living & game areas
- Covered pavilion with market lights, fruitwood tables, and chairs
- Indoor reception set with lounge furniture
- Venue manager, valet service, and setup & teardown
- Preferred wedding pro list, welcome guide, and fine details meeting
- 90-minute ceremony rehearsal on Thursday
Tent rental ($1,000–3,000) is required for guest counts over 80. A day-of coordinator is also required for all weddings; recommended planners range $1,000–1,500.
