All wedding packages include:
- Exclusive access to the 1-acre property for the rental time
- Overnight accommodations for 15 guests (3-night stay or 5-night stay)
- Ceremony under the oak trees, set with folding chairs
- Covered pavilion with market lights, fruitwood tables, and chairs
- Venue manager, valet service, and setup & teardown
Tent rental ($1,000–2,000) is required for guest counts over 80. A day-of coordinator is also required for all weddings.
