The rental fee includes:
- 12-hour use of the farm on the wedding day
- Climate-controlled venue with crystal chandeliers
- Two dressing suites with complimentary charcutertie board and champagne
- Ceremony terrace set with garden chairs & bistro lighting
- Lawn games
- Assorted tables, wooden crossback chairs, built-in bar, and setup & teardown
- Use of the property for engagement photos and 2-hour rehearsal
- Venue Manager and day-of coordinator
- Ample parking
There is an additional $1,000 fee for holiday dates. Pricing applies for up to 150 guests; add $250 per 25 additional guests up to 200.
