- Assorted tables, wooden crossback chairs, whiskey barrel décor, built-in bar, and setup & teardown
- Use of the property for a 1-hour engagement photo session and 2-hour rehearsal
- Venue Manager, day-of coordinator, 3 advance planning meetings, and unlimited venue visits
- Ample parking
