Tavares Pavilion offers a simple alternative to courthouse weddings in a beautiful setting—the Pavilion Gardens. Simple ceremonies are $75 and include:

  • A licensed Florida Notary Public as officiant
  • 5-minute recitation of vows
  • Ceremony is performed with wedding party and guests standing
  • Signing of the marriage license by Florida Notary Public

Available on Wednesdays from the hours of 10am–3pm; inquire for details!

  • $1,750–6,000/event
  • Rental fee varies depending on:
    • Day of week
    • Space reserved
    • Event duration

  • Full facility rentals are required Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Additional time beyond the listed hours below is $400–750/hour.

    Thursday | 6–11pm | $2,200
    Friday | 5–11pm | $3,500
    Saturday | 8-hour time block | $6,000
    Sunday | 6-hour time block | $3,500 

    On weekdays, individual rooms are available to rent separately, or the full facility may be rented for a morning or evening block for $1,750.
