Rental Fee

The "I Love You" rental package includes:
- 10-hour rental time (additional time is $150-300/hour)
- Customized event design layout, plus setup & teardown
- Tables, Chiavari chairs, dance floor, and café lighting
- Assistance with linen rentals and add-ons (i.e. arbors, lounge furniture, etc.)
- Complimentary access for engagement and anniversary photos
Add-on options include:
- Waterfront Lawn for ceremony and/or lawn games: $500
- In-house management for ceremony and/or reception: $300–1,500
- In-house full planning: $5,000
- DJ services, officiant, and décor and lawn games packages
