Rental Fee
- $3,500/event and up
Venue-only rentals start at $3,500 and include:
- Farmhouse for getting ready
- Ceremony set with wooden benches
- Reception barn with mahogany Chiavari chairs, tables, and vintage furnishings
- Parking attendant, venue representative, and tractor trolley
- Option to add-on a planner ($1,500) and/or décor ($500)

All-inclusive wedding packages include:
- Everything in the Venue-Only rental, PLUS:
- Catering menu, including salad, entrées, and sides
