The Venue-Only rental fee includes:
- 13-hour use of the entire venue
- Two dressing spaces (cottage and rustic room)
- Ceremony seating and 1-hour rehearsal
- Prep kitchen, staging area, and two bars with keg capability
- Indoor & outdoor dance floor
- Lawn games and access to the décor collection
- Colored uplighting inside and café lighting throughout the property
- Secure parking with assistant and security
- Farmhouse tables, chairs, and linens, plus setup & breakdown
Package Prices
The HAR Exclusive Wedding Package is $18,500 and includes everything in the Venue-Only rental, PLUS:
- Coordination & planning services
- Selection of decor
- 6-hour DJ services and sound & lighting system
