- Cocktail covered patio with tables and benches
- Reception area with chandeliers & market lights
- Caterer's staging area and reception area bar
- Centerpieces, floral arrangements, and access to an extensive collection of additional décor
- Tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, TV, and area for band/DJ
